1. General Questions

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, you get a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it). Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order, please reach out to us through webshop@zomerdijkbb.com or call us at  +31 72 5316793  (weekdays 8.00 and 17.00).

Do you have physical stores?

Yes, you can shop the same items at our store at Diamantweg 9 in Alkmaar (behind warehouse Stiho). You can also choose. to pick up your webshop order there. We also sell a selected collections of bottled and canned beers at our taproom The Scrapyard at Pettemerstraat 15 in Alkmaar. 

2. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit (like iDEAL) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard etc.). We additionnaly offer support for Paypal. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

3. Shipping

Where do you ship and what does it cost?

We ship worldwide. More info and prices see Shipping & Returns.

How long does it take to ship an order?

One workday within The Netherlands. Other countries see Shipping & Returns.

What if I'm not home?

If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner (DHL) will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose. You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

4. Returns

Do you accept returns?

We almost can't believe it, but if you're not fully satisfied with your order, or if there's something wrong, you can return it. Please notify your return by sending an email to info@brouwerijdemoersleutel.nl beforehand.
We accept returns that are within the following conditions:
  • The item(s) are returned within 14 days after the package was received.
  • The item(s) are in the same condition as you received them.
  • The item(s) are not worn, washed or used.

If the previous conditions are met you can send your order back to:

What is the Guild?

The Guild is your way into all things The Moersleutel. And by that we mean your not welcome to bug us everyday about everything you'd like to ask us, or the come around for a beer. We mean we will send you a few box full of the best beers we can find every month. Beers we think you should drink.

Why should I become a Guild-member?

Because you can.

What beers will I receive?

You'll see when they arrive at your doorstep. We won't be spoiling any surprises here.

Can I send the beers back if I don't like them?

No.

Do you ship internationally?

If you pay for the shipping costs, we will.

What if I don't recieve my monthly box?

Contact us at info@brouwerijdemoersleutel.nl and we will help you out.

Can I unsubscribe?

You probably don't want to, but you can. Just contact us at info@brouwerijdemoersleutel.nl and we'll cancel you subscription.

Will there be any exclusive The Guild events?

Maybe.
