FAQ

What you get for your well invested money:

• Every other month you will receive a fancy pancy box with the beers we think you should enjoy.
• The box is delivered right to your doorstep, you don't have to do anything!
• Every box contains a very special one of a kind barrel aged The Guild exclusive 37,5 cl bottle.*
• The box contains Moersleutel beers and is complemented with beers from guests and friends that we think are awesome.
• The Guild box contains at least twelve beers, with a maximum of sixteen. That's one beautiful beer every four days!
• A box contains no duplicates, all the beers in this box are different from each other.
• In addition, the box will contain tasting notes and fun facts from the brewers, so that you can learn a bit more about the beers and our brewery while having a good beer.
• The price of a box is €88,-. This includes shipping within the Netherlands. Global shipping will be charged extra on top of the price of the box. The box will contain around €100,- worth of beer.***
• The payment is made by direct debit (automatische incasso). This means you have to do absolutely nothing but enjoy beers that we send you.
• The subscription can be cancelled whenever you like. **
• The direct debit (automatische incasso) is made one month before the shipment of the parcels. If the payment is not completed then the box will not be shipped.
• If you're not sure of the content you've received is right (maybe one beer missing), you can check it on this page. We place all content of previous and upcoming boxes in a list below.

* = We are likely to fill more bottles then needed to prevent people from getting no barrel aged special. The bottles that are in excess will not be sold. They will be for our own use, to give to the brewers and our barrel supplier.

Pricing & Payment method:
See chart below for pricing per country. Payment will go by direct debit every other month or you can choose for payment for 1 whole year with 5% discount. 

Canceling membership:
You can cancel your subscription at any time, so also after 1 box (note: you will loose your spot on the list and will be put back on the list down below if you have interest again). To cancel your subscription mail to webshop@moersleutel.com.

Limited members:
Due to the very exclusive beers we will be shipping with The Guild, we have a limited membership of 1000 members. There is a Guild wait list, if you are on the wait list we wil contact you when there is a spot free.

Ben je klaar voor het abonnement van je leven? Wij wel. Laat ons je voorstellen aan: The Guild. Een uniek exclusief lidmaatschap op onze bieren en meer. Laat de bieren om de maand op magische wijze bij je aan de deur verschijnen! Hieronder vind je alle details die je moet weten over toegang tot The Guild. Als je nog vragen hebt, kun je altijd contact met ons opnemen.

Veelgestelde vragen

Wat u krijgt voor uw goed geïnvesteerde geld:

• Om de maand ontvang je een fancy pancy box met de bieren waarvan wij denken dat je ervan zult genieten.
• De box wordt direct bij je thuis bezorgd, je hoeft er niets voor te doen!
• Elke box bevat een zeer speciale vatgerijpte The Guild bier in 37,5 cl fles.*
• De box bevat Moersleutel bieren en wordt aangevuld met bieren van gasten en vrienden die wij te gek vinden.
• De box bevat minimaal twaalf bieren, met een maximum van zestien. Dat is elke vier dagen een mooi bier!
• Een box bevat geen dubbelen, alle bieren in deze box zijn verschillend van elkaar.
• Daarnaast zal de box proefnotities en leuke weetjes van de brouwers bevatten, zodat je onder het genot van een lekker biertje wat meer te weten komt over de bieren en onze brouwerij.
• De prijs van een box is €88,-. Dit is inclusief verzending binnen Nederland. Wereldwijde verzending wordt extra in rekening gebracht bovenop de prijs van de box. De box zal ongeveer €95,- aan bier bevatten.***
• De betaling geschiedt via automatische incasso. Dit betekent dat u helemaal niets hoeft te doen behalve genieten van de bieren die wij u toesturen.
• Het abonnement is opzegbaar wanneer u maar wilt. **
• De automatische incasso wordt één week voor de verzending van de pakketten voldaan. Als de betaling niet is afgerond dan wordt de box niet verzonden.

* = We zullen waarschijnlijk meer flessen vullen dan nodig is om te voorkomen dat mensen geen barrel aged special krijgen. De flessen die teveel zijn zullen niet verkocht worden. Deze zijn voor eigen gebruik, voor onze brouwers en als geschenk voor onze barrel/vaten leveranciers.

Prijzen & Betaling:
€88,- per 2 maanden & Gratis verzending voor bestellingen in NL. (dus dat is per box). Je kunt het gehele bedrag voor het jaar in 1 keer betalen met 5% korting. Betaling gaat per automatische incasso. 

Abonnement opzeggen:
Je kunt jouw abonnement op elk moment opzeggen, dus ook na 1 box (let op: je verliest hiermee wel je plek op de lijst en zal onderaan de lijst staan als je wel weer aanmeld). Mail voor het opzeggen naar webshop@moersleutel.com.

Beperkte leden
Vanwege de zeer exclusieve bieren die we met The Guild gaan versturen hebben we een beperkt aantal van 1000 leden. Sta je op de wachtlijst? Dan houden we je op de hoogte wanneer je kunt aanmelden.
